'Vintage'....THAT word that is on everyone's lips these days.It seems that so many of us wish to define ourselves as lovers and wearers of vintage. Some people embrace it completely, vowing to only wear ensembles that are wholly reminiscent of yesteryear, whilst others are quite happy to sport the vintage look on occasion, or to add a few touches to a modern day outfit as a nod to decades gone past. Well, I am one of the latter, a casual vintage enthusiast who dips in and out of the forties and fifties for outfit inspiration on occasion. Deep down in my heart I wish I could carry off the look of a forties siren on a daily basis, but my wardrobe is yet to extent to that level of commitment. But thankfully, in my opinion, there are no rules! 

Those of you who know me will know that I already write a blog, 'Sew a Little Love', and I guess you're wondering why another? Well, for some time I have longed to create a new platform dedicated to my expression, experience and love of all things vintage. And just that. I sew and make a variety of things, and my first blog baby was a place where I could share it with the world, documenting my creative journey. I will still continue writing about my crafting journey as this is a huge part of me, but it seems the natural thing to do, to separate these two paths to clearly define the content of each blog. So here is where I wish to document my vintage loving journey...my love for fashion, home styling, photography and entertaining, as I discover and embrace 'every little vintage thing' along the way!
